Saturday

10am – 11am

TRX is a core workout unlike anything else and helps develop long and lean muscle. Since TRX training uses your own body weight, exercises can be customized to help beginners and even challenge the most advanced athletes.

 

Barre Fitness

Saturday

9am – 10am

Barre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.
