1. What datfit is

datfit is a free size finder for shoppers and a paid “Find my size” assistant that merchants add to their online stores.

2. Recommendations are guidance

Sizes are estimated from the information you enter and the size charts available to us. Sizing varies between styles, fabrics and production runs, so datfit is a strong starting point, not a guarantee. datfit is provided as-is and is not responsible for returns, exchanges or related costs.

3. Merchant accounts

Keep your account details accurate and your password private. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the size charts and settings you publish.

4. The lifetime store licence

• One payment activates datfit for one store (its registered domain and any extra domains you add for the same store).
• “Lifetime” means for as long as datfit operates the service. There are no renewals or monthly fees, and future updates are included.
• A licence isn't transferable to a different store.
• We may suspend a licence for fraud, a reversed or fraudulent payment, or abuse of the service.

5. Payments

Card and Apple Pay payments are processed by Polar. InstaPay payments are activated after we manually verify the transfer screenshot you upload. For payment questions, contact us at hello@datfit.net.

6. Attribution

The assistant shows a small “Powered by datfit” line. Please don't hide, remove or alter it, and don't copy, resell or re-host the widget code.

7. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload or scrape the service, and don't upload content you don't have rights to.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will note significant changes on this page.
